Using Your MoneySaver Card

Q. How do I get a MoneySaver card?
A.  New MoneySaver cards are distributed each year in a fixed month by the HR department to employees who work in centers participating in the program. If you did not pick up a card in the month and would like one now, please visit your HR department.
Q. Can my family and friends use the MoneySaver card?
A.  Savings through the MoneySaver program are available to employees only. You may apply for an Add On Card which your family can use even if you're not present.
Q. Are interns eligible for a MoneySaver Card?
A.  Check with your HR department regarding the same.
Q. Do I need to register my card number or activate my card?
A.  Yes. You need to activate your card by:
a. Calling our Customer Care number (011-45650000).
b. Sending your card number via SMS to 5607066.
c. Registering your card on the website.


MoneySaver Attractions & Tickets

Q. How do I use the card at MoneySaver Attractions?
A.  Simply present your card at the ticket counter or venue entry and indicate the number of eligible adults and children in your party. The cashier will scan your card and collect the appropriate amount after discount. For a complete listing of venues, check the MoneySaver Attractions section of the MoneySaver site.
Q. Where can I find tickets?
A.  Links to purchase tickets to theme parks, movie theaters and theaters are available within the Travel & Entertainment category on MoneySaver website.


MoneySaver Dining, Services, & Online

Q. How do I use the card at local businesses?
A.  When visiting participating businesses, simply present the card before completing your transaction. Your discount or membership benefit will be applied at the point of sale (unless otherwise noted).
Q. How do I use the card at restaurants?
A.  Your MoneySaver savings are always calculated away from the table. When using the card at participating restaurants simply include it with your method of payment, and your discount will be discreetly deducted from your bill.
Q. Are there any restrictions on restaurant use?
A.  You may use the restaurant discounts as often as you like. However, the restaurant offer is subject to the following terms and conditions laid down in the terms & conditions page.
Q. How do I obtain the discount offered by online vendors?
A.  Participating online vendors are listed throughout the MoneySaver site. You need to send an SMS with the brand’s name to 5607066 which would provide you with the promotion code. Please enter this promotion code during checkout to avail the offer.

Q. I lost my card! How can I get a replacement?
A.  If you have lost your card, please contact our customer care at 011-45650000.
Q. Cards were not distributed to my office; how can I get a card?
A.  Please contact your HR/Admind Department.

Q. Where is the vendor I'm looking for?
A.  Occasionally, vendors discontinue their participation in the program. These vendors will always be listed in the 'Last Call!' section of the www.moneysaverprime.com site for 30 days prior to leaving the program.
